Common questions
How do we book a course?
Tell us the course, roughly how many people, whether you want it on site or online live, and the term you have in mind. A written quote against your actual numbers and location usually comes back within one working day. You can request that through the training enquiry form or by emailing the training team directly.
Are courses delivered in person or online?
Both, and it varies by course. Most run either in person at your site or online live, a couple are designed for online delivery with two trainers, and the safeguarding courses can run face to face or as two evening sessions. The format for each one is stated on its own page alongside the group size.
Do you run open courses for individual delegates?
For some courses, yes. Where an open place is available the per-delegate price is shown on that course's page. Everything else is commissioned in-house for a whole team, which is how most services book.
