I draw on my background in education, psychology and mental health nursing to support children and families with warmth, collaboration and practical guidance. I focus on building trust, recognising strengths and helping each family to find the solutions that work for them.

Santhia is an experienced practitioner with a multidisciplinary background in education, psychology, mental health, and healthcare. Since qualifying as a mental health nurse in 2014, she has worked across a range of NHS services, with a particular focus on crisis care and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). She is passionate about helping children and families understand themselves, build on their strengths, and navigate challenges with practical, evidence-informed support. Santhia values collaboration, trust, and curiosity, tailoring her approach to each family's needs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and four children, exploring beaches, beachcombing, and discovering shoreline treasures inspired by her sons' love of nature.
