Esther has dedicated 24 years to the NHS, building extensive experience across a wide range of mental health services for both children and adults. Throughout her career, she has developed a particular passion for supporting young people aged 16 to 25, helping them navigate the challenges of this important stage of life. Esther is a highly motivated and compassionate professional with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and recovery. She has worked with individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health difficulties, from mild to moderate conditions through to complex and enduring needs. Her person-centred approach, combined with her wealth of clinical experience, enables her to empower individuals on their recovery journey while promoting resilience, hope, and long-term wellbeing.
